Back Pain Relief……
For the past 3 years, I have been a chronic back pain sufferer.
Sometime it is the lower back, sometimes the upper back, shoulders and neck.
I’ve decided to share what I've learned throughout the pain, the trial and error methods, and finally winning
the battle with constant pain.
Yes the doctor will
give you pain meds during an acute stage. But when the lower back pain subsides you've got to help yourself, like no one
else can.
First, you must find the stretches and
exercises that help "you." Secondly, you must actually do them daily to keep the pain away. There is
no easier or quicker way to keep the back pain away than completing your routine.
There are many exercises; you must try the ones designated to help pain issue that you are experiencing.
Learn which helps, keep doing those and the ones that don't help, remove them
from your routine.
Physical therapists and books on Back
Pain remedies steered me in the right direction.
If you
get the "right" physical therapist, he or she can really assist you by doing the deep tissue massages and steering
you toward the correct exercises that are specific to you and your pain issues. I can vouch for this via my personal
experiences.
Deep tissue massage is another method that
gives back pain relief during a very painful episode more quickly that anything I know. It is truly worth the money
spent and you will bounce back within 24-48 hours, not 2 or 3 weeks.
Believe me I've tried most everything except surgery, which I never plan to do. My routine of stretches,
exercise, and deep tissue massage works every time I do something that brings the back pain.
I must confess, when I don't do the exercises and stretches for about 4 weeks, I pay for it when the pain returns.
It finally “sunk in” that I must do them
once daily and 2 times daily if I’m flaring up! No ifs ands or buts about it.
This is a chronic condition for me that will never totally heal. So I’ve had to face it. I want to do
the daily activities and chores I choose without pain.

that are specifically designed for you and your type of pain.
